Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it typically takes 7–10 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom Orders: For custom or made-to-order items, processing times may vary. Please refer to the product page for specific details on lead times.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer standard shipping through our trusted delivery partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Most standard deliveries arrive within 7–14 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order items may have longer delivery times. Please check product details for estimated delivery windows.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through our carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Oversized Items: Some larger items may require special handling or freight shipping. Additional fees or longer delivery times may apply. You will be notified of any extra costs during checkout.

  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than standard delivery times and may incur additional charges.

7. Delivery Terms

Most of our furniture is delivered curbside, meaning it will be delivered to the first dry area (like a garage or covered porch) on your property. Assembly and placement inside your home are not included.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the item. Provide detailed photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.

  • Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit, notify us immediately so we can coordinate with the carrier. We will either replace the item or issue a refund once the loss is confirmed.
